In the middle of Hälsingland, a landscape of contrasts, you will find us at Växbo Kvarn. We are a cultural and historical place that has existed here since the 19th century.
During the summer season, we collaborate and create a meeting place for everyone who wants to experience genuine Swedish history and nature, local crafts, good food and delicious coffee.
With us there is something for everyone and with every visit there is something new to discover.

Växbo Krog: Local, simple and well-prepared is what you can expect when visiting the tavern. Restaurateur Pär and his team create food according to the season and with inspiration from our beautiful Hälsingland.
Växbo Bageri: Choose from a selection of sandwiches, fika bread and homemade ice cream. Every day throughout the summer, Kina and her staff are happy to welcome you.
Café Bettan & Clas: The little thing that adds a golden touch to your stay at Växbo Kvarn. Open all summer for those who want to drink a "good coffee" and munch on something homemade. Kajsa and her gang give you a warm welcome!

Växbo Kvarn is also home to several shops. Here you can buy local and authentic handicrafts that are created with care and respect for traditions, as well as specifically selected products that we who work here like.
Trolldalen – A journey through history
Explore Trolldalen - one of Växbo's most unique places. Follow the winding path through the valley that connects Växbo Kvarn with Växbo Lin (Växbo's own linen weaving mill with factory shop). During the walk you have the opportunity to learn more about the old flax production, which was once the heart and pride of the village.
